In this guide, you will find my favourite breakfasts that are quick to prepare. Morning is special time for me. I don´t want to think about meal prep. I want to uplift my energy with dancing and be in good mood

In my life, I tried many different diets. I had vegan, as well as, vegetarian period.However, I noticed a lack of energy and drank plenty of coffee to compensate for it.
